Lawsuits are NOT based on Right or Wrong | Is the Legal System Fair?

There is a basic misunderstanding that the law is based on right or wrong. That could not be further from the truth. The truth is that the legal system is not fair.
So does that mean that you cannot win your case? Absolutely not. In fact, once you get a good understanding of who and what you are dealing with, that is when you will really be able to use the legal system to work in your favor. The reason so many debt buyers (debt collectors) file frivolous lawsuits, is because they understand how the legal system works. It just takes 1 intimidation tactic from them to the consumer to discourage the consumer from responding to their lawsuit, and then they can use the system to achieve their end goal (default judgment).

Recession Proof Your Life| Prepare Now Huge Inflation is Coming

The economy is in for a huge inflation. Like it or not, it is coming. Have you considered how you need to recession proof your life so that you can weather the storm? As if living paycheck to paycheck is not enough, now you have to deal with rising gas prices, increased rents and the cost of food increasing. Yup your basic needs are being challenged. So what can you do to pivot and protect yourself from going into desperation mode? What can you do to better your situation right now?
The rule in my house is that everything that eats, has to have a job. My cars eat gas, they have a job. My cats eat catfood, yes they have a job too. And it goes without saying, that my husband and I have to earn our keep also. LOL

How to protect your bank account from the debt collector

Protecting your bank account should be your first order of business no matter what. So often we are too trusting of debt collectors and we fail to keep our bank accounts safe. We tend to feel guilty about not keeping our obligations as intended, even if it was out of our control.
Well the best piece of advice that I could give you would be to protect your livelihood. You work entirely too hard to meet your needs, set yourself up for the future and plan for reitrement. All I am saying is don't give up your personal control to predators. They are not your friend and will not have your best interest at heart.
